Refund policy

On time or it's free

Every pack carries a delivery window shown before payment: 24 hours for 10-ad packs, 48 hours for 30-ad packs, counted from the moment payment clears.

If your files are not in your inbox within that window, you get a full refund — and you still receive the ads when they land. You do not need to ask: email hello@outputads.com and it is processed the same day.

Free rebuilds

Reply to the delivery email with the numbers of any ads you would not run. Those ads are rebuilt free within 24 hours, once per order.

7-day refund

If after the rebuild round you would still not run a single ad from the pack, reply "refund" to the delivery email within 7 days of delivery. You get the full amount back and you keep the files.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

What is not refundable

Orders where the product page provided is unreachable, password-protected, or contains no usable product information, and where you do not respond to our request for a working URL within 7 days.

Orders for products we do not serve (see Terms). These are refused and refunded in full before any work starts.
